Thanks for visiting...

Meet Jo,  lead cinematographer at Sarah Morrill Photography.  She lives by the ocean on the coast of Maine with her family of three, having relocated from Puerto Rico.  Jo can often be found working on projects to restore their historic clapboard home, tending her excessive plant collection, or pausing to capture the world through her peaceful, thoughtful lens.  A professional videographer by day, she moonlights as an amateur gymnast, owner of a small batch botanical company, and host of Radio Kalimoto on the local community radio station.  Jo has worked in a variety of capacities as a videographer, with fifteen years of commercial videography experience she has cultivated a unique eye.

Making films that tell a story is Jo’s passion, and her love of family and celebration fosters a fun, easy and comfortable space for everyone in front of her cameras.  Her magic is in her ability to preserve real memories with an emphasis on a captivating and natural style of cinematography.

What Can We Expect?
How It Works
Your Wedding Timeline
When?

Some couples like to book their photography & cinematography at the same time, others wait to add-on the cinematography later once they have planned more of their wedding. Both are options. We recommend booking 6 months in advance at the latest, as it's more likely we will be available.

Travel?

Travel for weddings in Maine & Seacoast New Hampshire is included in the packages. We love to travel and travel outside of the included area is available and subject to fees.

Do you have a drone?

Yes, we operate a drone for fun shots at weddings whenever possible and we are FAA certified. Our drone operation is subject to FAA regulations based on location. Occasionally, a location's proximity to the airspace does not allow us to fly or weather conditions.

2nd Videographer

We work with several of our most professional and trusted 2nd videographers, and will introduce you to our team prior to the wedding.

When will we receive our films?

Whenever possible, we hope to deliver your wedding films within 3 months of the wedding. At peak times of the year, it can take up to 4 months. For an additional charge, 2 week delivery is available. Just ask if you are interested!

First Look / Reveal

30 minutes
This is optional, but many couples find it's really nice to see eachother and have photographs before their ceremony, to maximize time spent enjoying the festivities. Please account for driving time if this location is away from the venue.

We don't see a package that fits what we need, what do we do?

Let us know! We are happy to talk about customizing a package to fit your wedding.

Can we choose our wedding music?

While we can't allow you to choose the exact music, we will definitely have important conversations about the type of mood and music you want your film to have.
