Ben called me in early Summer, very excited to say that he was planning a special proposal to his long time girlfriend Stephanie on their trip to Boothbay Harbor from Connecticut. He said the ring was “burning a hole in his pocket” and told me about the plan to surprise her with the ring and then their parents showing up. We picked out Hendrick’s Head beach on Southport Island at sunset. I brought my cameras, a book and my beach blanket and enjoyed the sunset while I waited. Every part of this was incredibly special, especially Yogi the dog eating sand. Engagement photos coming soon! Can’t wait for our Fall session.
